Marcus Gunn   BA PGCE MA(Ed)

Marcus is a former independent‑school Head with nearly twenty years of leadership experience and, since retiring five years ago, has specialised in consultancy and governance. He brings a rare blend of educational depth, commercial clarity, and a strong commitment to trust and long‑term impact.

Marcus led an IAPS Prep School for almost two decades and also served as an ISI Inspector and school governor. He brings a "full house of experience" to his work, having lived independent education as a pupil, teacher, parent, Head, and governor.

Marcus now supports Nurseries, Pre‑Preps, Prep Schools, and Public Schools through a high‑impact principal consultant model, offering clear, credible solutions that strengthen culture, performance, and strategic direction.

Helen Walker 

Helen is a former independent school Bursar of ten years experience, has had a career in commercial banking and operated her own business consultancy.

She has extensive experience in business development and financial modelling in many types of business.

During her period in the education sector, Helen had overall management of finance, governance, estate, catering, HR, H&S and administration matters.  Helen's achievements during her school career included reserve building, developing a highly profitable nursery business from the ground upwards,
